Chicken Parmesan Pasta

Don't have a lot of time? This is the perfect lunch or dinner meal for two.


  • 1 box Pasta Roni Parmesan Cheese angel hair pasta
  • 1 can (9.75 oz.) white premium chunk chicken breast in water
  • 1 cup water
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste


In a medium saucepan, bring just to a boil 1 cup water, 2/3 cup milk, and 2 Tbsp. butter. Reduce heat to medium. Open can of chicken, keeping fluid, and break chicken into small chunks.

Slowly stir in pasta and special seasoning packet from box. Once added, add the can of chicken (fluid and all) into saucepan. Boil 10 minutes or until pasta is tender; stirring frequently.

Sauce will be thin. Let stand 5 minutes to thicken.
