Artichoke Dip

  • 1 can (13 3/4 ounces) hearts of artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed


In medium bowl combine artichokes, cheeses, mayonnaise and garlic. Spoon into a 9-inch pie plate or 3-cup capacity shallow baking dish spreading mixture evenly. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 15 to 18 minutes, until mixture is bubbly and lightly brown. Serve immediately with French bread slices or crackers.
