1 lb boneness beed chick roast, cut into strips
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1 Tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp cornstarch
4 Tbsp sauce (from crockpot)
3 cups fresh broccoli florets
White or jasmine rice, cooked
In the crockpot whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, dark brown sugar, sesame oil, and garlic.
Gently place slices of beef in the liquid and toss to cook.
Turn crockput on low and cook for about 6 hours.
When done, in a small bowlk, whisk together cornstarch and cooking liquid to create a slurry, pour into crockpot, stir to mix well, Add broccoli. Cook on low for an additional 30 minutes to cook broccoli and thicken sauce.
Serve hot over rice.
