Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup diced, marinated boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomato (seeded)
  • 1 cup fat free ranch salad dressing
  • 1/2 tsp taco seasoning

Directions

Assemble vegetables, chicken and cheese on a large plate. Mix together ranch dressing and taco seasoning until combined. Serve dressing on the side.
