Take all vegetables and wash them. Take the lettuce and tear it into 1x1" to 3x3" pieces and place into a bowl. Shred carrots and place them in the bowl. Slice the radishes. Shred the purple cabbage. Slice the cucumber into circles as well as the tomato. Finally, cut the bell peppers into 2-3" lengths and place in bowl with the rest of the vegetables. Toss and serve.
