SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

Ingredients
- 3 Cups Mashed Sweet Potatoes (4 fairly large cooked & peeled)
- 1 cup white sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tablespoons margarine
- ½ cup milk
- 1-Tablespoon Vanilla
- TOPPING
- ½ cup Dark brown sugar (packed)
- 1/3 cup Flour
- 1 Cup chopped pecans
- 3 Tablespoons Margarine
Directions
Mix potatoes, sugar, salt, eggs, margarine, milk and vanilla. Pour in a greased 9 x 13 casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until firm.Topping:
Mix until crumbly, sprinkle over potatoes. Bake 10 minutes longer at 400 degrees.
