SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Mashed Sweet Potatoes (4 fairly large cooked & peeled)
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tablespoons margarine
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1-Tablespoon Vanilla
  • TOPPING
  • ½ cup Dark brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/3 cup Flour
  • 1 Cup chopped pecans
  • 3 Tablespoons Margarine

Directions

Mix potatoes, sugar, salt, eggs, margarine, milk and vanilla. Pour in a greased 9 x 13 casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until firm.

Topping:
Mix until crumbly, sprinkle over potatoes. Bake 10 minutes longer at 400 degrees.
