In a small saucepan, melt cream cheese and 1 stick butter. Set aside. In a large skillet melt 2T butter and sauté’ butter, shrimp, onion, bell peppers, and celery. Add cream cheese mixture to shrimp and vegetables. Then add soup and seasonings mix well. Stir in rice & crabmeat. Pour into a greased 9” x 13” baking dish. Top with cheese and cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until heated thoroughly. Serves 8. This is pretty spicy…but very good.
