Middle Eastern Yogurt-Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt (we used 2%)
1 to 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
2 tsp lemon juice
2 scallions, minced
Salt and fresh-ground black pepper to taste 

Directions

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate 30 minutes to blend the flavors.
