Tangy Soy Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
1/3 cup light soy sauce
2 1/2 tbsp black vinegar
1/8 tsp sugar (optional)
1-3 tsp chili oil
1 tbsp finely minced fresh ginger
2 tsp finely minced garlic
Directions
Combine soy sauce, vinegar and sugar in a bowl. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Add chili oil. Right before serving, add ginger and/or garlic.
