Jalapeno Cornbread

Ingredients
- 2 boxes Jiffy Corn Bread Muffin Mix
- 2 C. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 15 oz. can cream style corn
- 2 C. sour cream
- 2/3 C. oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1/4 C. chopped jalapenos or more to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use 325 degrees if using a glass bakingdish.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Pour into a
13x9 pan and bake for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Check after baking for about an hour. If necessary, cover edges with foil to prevent over browning along sides of dish. Use toothpick in center to test for doneness.
