1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken with herb soup
1 cup water
3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1. Mix soup, water, rice, and black pepper in 2-quart shallow baking dish. Top with chicken. Season with additional pepper. Cover.
2. Bake at 375-degrees F 45 minutes or until done.
