Chili-Bean Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked ham, cubed
  • 1/2 cup Celery, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green pepper, chopped
  • Dash Minced dried garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tablespoon Salad oil
  • 1 can Pork and beans, 8 oz
  • 1 can Lima beans, 8 oz
  • 1/3 cup Chili sauce

Directions

In 8-inch skillet over medium heat, cook and stir ham, celery, onion, green pepper, garlic and salt in oil until onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in pork and beand, lima beans (with liquid) and chili sauce. Simmer uncovered until hot, about 10 minutes.
