Oven Roasted Asparagus with Pine Nuts and Tomatoes

Ingredients

1 lb asparagus, trimmed
2 garlic cloves, thinly slivered
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp pine nuts
1 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, then pour into a roasting pan.  Roast at 425 F for 20 minutes, stirring half way.
