
Fried Tiny Potatoes with Bacon
Ingredients
1 lb tiny potatoes, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
5 strips of bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
Fry the potato halves in the olive oil until brown and crisp. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in the bacon and parsley. Serve immediately.
