Heart-Healthy Chicken Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 Tsp. nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 Tsp. light mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 2 Tsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 can (9.75 oz.) white premium chunk chicken breast in water, drained
- 8 slices whole wheat bread
- 8 slices tomato
- 4 lettuce leaves
Directions
Stir yogurt, mayonnaise, celery, onion, and chicken in a bowl.Divide chicken mixture between 4 bread slices.
Top with tomato, lettuce, and remaining bread slices.
