Heart-Healthy Chicken Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 Tsp. nonfat plain yogurt
  • 2 Tsp. light mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 2 Tsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 can (9.75 oz.) white premium chunk chicken breast in water, drained
  • 8 slices whole wheat bread
  • 8 slices tomato
  • 4 lettuce leaves

Directions

Stir yogurt, mayonnaise, celery, onion, and chicken in a bowl.

Divide chicken mixture between 4 bread slices.

Top with tomato, lettuce, and remaining bread slices.
