Lemon Salmon with Sake

4 salmon fillets
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp sake
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp melted butter


Mix the lemon juice, sake, soy sauce and butter together, place the fillets in a zip lock bag, pour the marinade inside, squish around and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.

Sear the salmon in a dry skillet, turning every 2 minutes until cooked, about 6-8 minutes
