Marinated Mushrooms

Marinated Mushrooms

2 lbs brown mushrooms, thinly sliced
Juice of one lemon
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper


Mix everything together and refrigerate for 2 hours.  Saute the mushrooms with its marinade in a frying pan until slightly browned.  Serve with garlic parsley croutons
