Ingredients

1/2 cup lardon batons or chopped bacon
2 shallots, thinly sliced
1 lb green beans steamed
Mixed herbs

Directions

Cook the lardon in a skillet until it begins to brown.  Add the shallots and cook until soft.  Add the green beans and toss to coat with bacon and shallots.  Sprinkle with mixed herbs.
