Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cups cut-up vegetables

Directions

Heat broth and vegetables in 2-quart saucepan over high heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Drain.
