- 1 small onion, cut into thin wedges
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) cut green beans, no salt added, drained
- 1 small tomato, cut into thin wedges
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh oregano or 1/4 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
DirectionsCook and stir onion in hot oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat for 4 minutes or until tender.
Add beans, tomato, and oregano. Heat through. Transfer into a serving dish.
