French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 slices bread

Directions

Blend together egg, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Heat a lighty oiled skillet or griddle over medium heat. Soak bread in egg mixture for 20 seconds on each side or until thoroughly coated. Cook until lightly browned on both sides. Serve hot.
