A delectable curry-based Thai dish with green beans and served with Jasmine rice.


  • 6 ounces protein (beef, pork, chicken, tofu, or vegetables)
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon red curry paste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Kaffir lime leaves
  • 1 cup fresh green beans (1 1/2-2 inches long)
  • 1/2 cup water


Cook meat, tofu, or vegetables in oil until done. Add red curry paste, sugar, lime leaves, green beans, and water; stir. Reduce over heat until sauce is thickened.

Serve with Jasmine rice.
