A delectable curry-based Thai dish with green beans and served with Jasmine rice.
- 6 ounces protein (beef, pork, chicken, tofu, or vegetables)
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 tablespoon red curry paste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Kaffir lime leaves
- 1 cup fresh green beans (1 1/2-2 inches long)
- 1/2 cup water
DirectionsCook meat, tofu, or vegetables in oil until done. Add red curry paste, sugar, lime leaves, green beans, and water; stir. Reduce over heat until sauce is thickened.
Serve with Jasmine rice.
