- 2 packages (8 oz. each) Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
DirectionsHeat oven to 325-degrees F.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake 55 minutes or until center is almost set. Remove pie from oven and allow to cool. Refrigerate 4 hours.
Top with fruit of choice before serving.
Makes 1 pie.
