Two-Layer Chocolate Cream Cheese Cake

  • 2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 package (4 squares) Bakers semi-sweet chocolate, melted, slightly cooled
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Oreo pie crust


Heat oven to 325-degrees F.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, until just blended.

Divide filling into two equal amounts. Add melted chocolate to one part and blend well. Pour into pie crust and level. Pour the additional filling over chocolate filling and level.

Bake 45 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours.

Optional: Before baking drizzle chocolate syrup over top of filling and use a knife to blend just slightly into top.
