- 2-4 racks of baby back ribs, cut into sections of 3 to 4
- 2-4 cups barbecue sauce
- 2-3 onions, chopped
DirectionsPlace ribs in slow cooker. Top with onion and barbecue sauce.
Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, or until meat is tender.
To serve, cut ribs between bones and coat with extra sauce as desired.
