Beef Stew

Ingredients
- 2-4 pounds beef chuck stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup flour
- Kosher salt and pepper
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 bay leaves
- 6 small potatoes, quartered
- 2-3 onions, chopped
- 3 celery stalks, sliced
Directions
Sprinkle flour, salt, and pepper over meat. Place meat in slow cooker.Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5-6 hours, or until meat is tender. Stir thoroughly before serving.
