1/2 to 1 cup frozen vegetable of your choice (optional)
Prepare Rice-A-Roni according to package directions. Once water and flavor packet has been added add the can of chicken breast. Optionally you can also add 1/2 to 1 cup of frozen vegetables such as peas, corn, peas and carrots, green beans, mixed vegetables, or lima beans. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15-20 minutes or as the Rice-A-Roni directions state.
