Mango Tart

  • Fresh Mango, sliced
  • One banana
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • dash of vanilla
  • Vegan graham cracker crust


Press a vegan graham cracker crust into a tart pan. Bake 7 minutes at 375-degrees. Cool.

Blend one banana with 1 cup coconut cream and a dash of vanilla. Pour into crust and refrigerate until cold. Place mango slices on top.
