- Cook Time: 15 minutes
- 1 1/2 cup safflower oil
- 4 large sweet potatoes cut into thin julienne strips, about ½ inch wide
- Sea salt
DirectionsCover the bottom of a skillet with oil. There should be enough oil to submerge the sweet potato fries.
Add sweet potatoes. Fry turning occasionally until desired crispness is reached (about 15 minutes, depending on size).
Season to taste. Serve hot.
