1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks in juice, half drained
1 pkg (12.5 oz) frozen prepared meatballs
Serve over rice
Mix sauce ingredients (first two items) in a large skillet. Bring to a boil on medium heat, stirring frequently. Once to a boil, stir in the meatballs and simmer on medium-low heat for 15 minutes or until the meatballs are heated through and sauce has thickened, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice
