4 oz semisweet chocolate bar, chopped with 1/4" chunks
1/2 cup coarsely chopped dried cranberries
Preheat oven to 350F. Line 12 standard muffin cups with paper liners. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in bowl of electric stand mixer. Add milk, oil, eggs and vanilla; mix on low until combined. Add pecans, chocolate and dried cranberries; mix well. Dive batter evenly among muffin cups. Bake 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool in pans 5 minutes. Remove to wire rack and cool completely.
