- 1 8oz can crescent rolls
- 1 lb mild breakfast sausage
- 1/2 cup each cheddar & mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- pinch of salt
DirectionsPreheat oven to 425. Unroll the crescent roll dough and completely line the bottom of a greased 9x13" pan. Press perforations with your fingers to seal completely.
In a medium frying pan, crumble the sausage and cook over medium heat until browned; drain well. Sprinkle the sausage evenly oven the dough. Sprinkle the cheese over the sausage.
If you have a 2 cup measuring glass, measure the milk out. Then add the eggs, pepper and a pinch of salt to the glass. Beat all ingredients together. Pour mixture over the sausage and cheese evenly. Bake for 15 minutes uncovered or until the egg is set. Let stand on a wire rack for 10 minutes before serving.
