3 1/2 cups Ocean Spray Cranberry Pomegranate juice
1 pkg (1.75 oz) powdered fruit pectin
5 cups sugar
In a large pot (or stockpot if you have it), combine juice and pectin. Bring to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Add sugar one cup at a time to best incorporate and return to a full rolling boil. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat; skim off foam. Pour hot liquid into hot sterilized half-pint jars, leaving 1/4" headspace at the top of the jar. Process for 10 minutes in a boiling-water stockpot.
