Chinese Turkey Casserole

  • 3-1/2-cups chopped cooked turkey
  • 6-cups cooked long grain wild rice
  • 1-cup chopped celery
  • 2-10oz Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 3/4 -cup mayonnaise
  • 2-tbsp chopped onion
  • 1-10oz can of sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 2-cups of Chow Mein noodles
  • 1/4-cup butter, melted


Combine all ingredients except noodles and butter. Spoon into casserole dish. Top with Chow Mein noodles and melted butter. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.
