- Cook Time: 40-50 minutes
- 3-1/2-cups chopped cooked turkey
- 6-cups cooked long grain wild rice
- 1-cup chopped celery
- 2-10oz Cream of Chicken Soup
- 3/4 -cup mayonnaise
- 2-tbsp chopped onion
- 1-10oz can of sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 2-cups of Chow Mein noodles
- 1/4-cup butter, melted
Combine all ingredients except noodles and butter. Spoon into casserole dish. Top with Chow Mein noodles and melted butter. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.
