Egg Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 lb lean pork
  • 2 onions chopped fine
  • 1/2 tsp.garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. white sugar
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 cup water (may need to add more)
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 boxes of egg roll shell
  • egg whites

Directions

Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs.Boil 20 minutes uncovered.Remove from heat.Add 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Let stand for 10 minutes.Add remaining bread crumbs if necessary.Put in egg roll shells.Seal with egg whites (beaten a little). Deep fry.
