- 2 – pkgs frozen Vegetables
- 1 – cup diced Celery
- 1 – cup diced onions
- 1 – cup grated cheddar cheese
- Ritz Crackers
DirectionsMix together and cover with crumbled Ritz Crackers.
Drizzle with melted butter over top of crackers and bake 30 minutes at 375º
Cook vegetables all together for a few minutes and drain well before adding mayonnaise and cheese.
