Cheesy Skillet Hash

Ingredients

  • 1-2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 3-4 potatoes , peeled and diced
  • 1 small yellow onion diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

Brown beef, when beef is about half done add onions, continue browning beef and sauteeing until beef is done, do not drain, add potatoes, stiring often so potatoes dont stick, brown potatoes until they are almost done, add milk and cover, let simmer until milk is absorbed, top with cheese, remove from heat and cover until cheese melts.
