- 8-9 oz. Acini de Pepe pasta
- 4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 sprig marjoram
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 4 cups prepared broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
DirectionsPour the broth in a large pot on the stove. Add sprig of marjoram and bring to a boil.
Cook the pasta "al dente" according to package directions. Drain. Pour into soup bowl and serve piping hot, accompanied by the grated Parmesan cheese.
