Acini de Pepe Soup

  • 8-9 oz. Acini de Pepe pasta
  • 4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 sprig marjoram
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 4 cups prepared broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Pour the broth in a large pot on the stove. Add sprig of marjoram and bring to a boil.

Cook the pasta "al dente" according to package directions. Drain. Pour into soup bowl and serve piping hot, accompanied by the grated Parmesan cheese.
