- 1 lb. ground sirloin
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter, divided
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Original Cooking Creme
- 2 Tbsp. chopped Italian parsley
DirectionsMix meat and pepper; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) oval patties. Melt 1 tsp. butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add patties; cook 5 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Transfer to platter; cover to keep warm.
Melt remaining butter in same skillet. Add mushrooms and onions; cook and stir 3 min. Stir in Worcestershire sauce; cook and stir 2 min or until onions are crisp-tender.
Add cooking creme; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Spoon over patties; top with parsley.
