Soy-Jalapen~o Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 carton (8 oz.) dairy sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 3 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeƱo peppers

Directions

Combine all ingredients until well blended.

Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour to blend flavors.

Serve with crackers, chips and cut-up vegetables, such as carrots, cucumber, celery and bell pepper.

Variations:
Soy-Jalapeno with Shrimp:Stir in 1 cup cooked bay shrimp (about 4 ounces), rinsed, well drained and chopped. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour to blend flavors.

Soy-Jalapeno with Roasted Peppers:Stir in 1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers, rinsed, drained and chopped. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour to blend flavors.
