- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs (3 slices)
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger root
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon Kikkoman Stir-Fry Sauce
DirectionsThoroughly combine beef, bread, carrot, onion, celery, ginger, egg and 1/3 cup stir-fry sauce. Press mixture firmly into 9-inch round microwave-safe cake pan.
Microwave on Medium-high (70%) 20 minutes, rotating pan once.
Brush top of meat mixture with remaining 1 Tbsp. stir-fry sauce; microwave on Medium-high (70%) 8 minutes longer.
Let meatloaf stand 5 minutes before cutting into serving portions.
