- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 6 Tbsp. chunky salsa (medium or hot)
- 1 can (9.75 oz.) white chicken breast in water, drained
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 2 Tbsp. sliced ripe olives
DirectionsMix sour cream and salsa. Stir in chicken and all but 2 Tbsp. of the cheese.
Arrange lettuce on four serving plates. Divide chicken mixture among the plates.
Top each salad with some of the remaining cheese and the olives.
