Quick Tuna Vegetable Pilaf

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 4 cups cooked instant rice, cooled
  • 3 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 1 can (12 oz.) solid white tuna in water, drained


Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat; add onion and vegetables and cook 8 minutes, or until vegetables are tender, yet crisp.

Add rice and soy sauce, stirring to coat rice. Gently stir in tuna until mixture is well blended and heated through.
