- 1/4 cup plus 6 tablespoons Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste
- & Glaze with Honey & Pineapple, divided
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons instant minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
DirectionsThoroughly combine 1/4 cup teriyaki baste & glaze with honey & pineapple, beef, onion and salt; shape into 6 patties.
Place on grill 4 to 5 inches from hot coals; brush with 3 Tbsp. teriyaki baste & glaze.
Cook burgers 6 minutes; turn over and brush with remaining 3 Tbsp. teriyaki baste & glaze. Cook 5 minutes longer, or until thoroughly cooked. (Or, broil patties 5 minutes on each side, or until thoroughly cooked, brushing, turning over and brushing as above.)
