Soy-Lemon Chicken

  • 1/4 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3-pound broiler-fryer chicken, quartered


Combine soy sauce, lemon juice, oregano and garlic powder. Broil or grill chicken 7 inches from heat source 15 minutes, turning ocassionally. Brush chicken with soy sauce mixture and cook 15 minutes longer, or until no longer pink in center, turning over and brushing occasionally with remaining soy sauce mixture.
