- 1 small red or green bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 can (15 1/2 ounces) German potato salad
- 1 pound fully cooked bratwurst
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
DirectionsSpray 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Cook bell pepper in skillet 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender.
Stir in potato salad; add bratwurst. Cover and cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot. Sprinkle with parsley.
